A bead is small. A thousand of them is a livelihood.
AnRa Beads began as a family table in Jaipur, stringing hatbands for a single buyer in Santa Fe. Fourteen years on we work with 120 artisans across three districts — and we still count every strand by hand.

01
Sourced close to home
Glass, brass, copper and bone from suppliers within 200 km of the studio. Shorter supply lines mean we can re-run a colourway in days, not months.
02
Strung, loomed, knotted
No machine does this work. Each artisan owns a technique — loom weaving, peyote stitch, wire wrap — and signs off their own batch.
03
Counted twice
Every carton is counted at packing and again at dispatch, against your PO. Short shipments are the fastest way to lose a buyer.
04
Paid fairly, paid on time
Piece rates set with the artisan group, reviewed each year. We publish our terms to any buyer who asks.
